Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using

For issues related to alcohol, take 1/4 teaspoon 3 x daily for 4 weeks or take 1/4-1/2 teaspoon prior to a drinking episode.

For issues related to migraine headaches, take 1/8-1/4 teaspoon prior to or at onset of migraine. You make take an additional dose if symptoms continue.
