COVID Pandemic Notice

Due to higher costs from the COVID pandemic and record-breaking shipping volumes, USPS is temporarily raising their rates for all domestic services from October 18th to December 27th:

  • First Class Package: 25 cents/package
  • Priority Mail: 40 cents/package
  • Parcel Select Ground: 40 cents/package
  • Priority Mail Express: $1.50/package

  • Customer Service and Support is available: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm (EST). Please send an email to support@naturegalnaturals.com. If you leave your phone number, we will return your call within 24 hours. 

    Shipping
    Shipping costs are determined by USPS First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail rates, based upon where you live and if domestic or international.

    Please allow up to 3 days processing for all orders. We are a minimalist company, and with that being said, all extracts are made in small batches to insure quality and freshness. Each order is poured and labeled as they are received. 

    If you have an emergency where you need an extract right away, please feel free to email us at support, or message us through Facebook messenger. We will attempt to accommodate you.

    If choosing USPS Priority Mail, orders placed after 1:30 p.m. Central Time will be filled the next business day. Sorry, Saturday shipping is not available. If you would like faster shipping options, please email or call us during business hours.

    Please note that due to the company location, express mail is not truly overnight mail. From our experience, Express mail is typically 2 days. We cannot control when the mail is delivered to you.

    Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Abroad
    The shipping cost on the shopping cart is only an estimate. We will email a final invoice to you with updated shipping charges for you to review and approve before we charge your credit card.

    How to Check the Status of an Order
    If you would like to check on the status of an order you've placed, you can check the tracking number provided or you may send an email to support@naturegalnaturals.com.

    Please provide:
    Your Name
    The date you placed the order
    Order Number from E-Mail receipt and
    Your E-Mail and Phone information.

    We are available Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm (EST).

    Returns
    If your order arrives damaged, please notify us and the carrier immediately. Please do not discard any items or packaging. If we made an error in your order, please notify us within 10 days of receipt, and we will make the necessary adjustments. Returns not due to damage or our error may be subject to a 20% handling fee that will be deducted from any credit or refund. Please email us at support@naturegalnaturals.com to obtain authorization for returns.

    International Orders
    Nature Gal Naturals ships to many places on planet earth. Shipping, taxes and tariffs will be calculated for your country upon checkout. Please note that international orders may take 3 weeks or more to arrive.

    Payment methods
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX credit cards for online. For your convenience, we also offer Venmo, Google Pay and Zelle for online orders. We are required to collect sales tax on orders from or delivered within the state of Missouri.  If we are required by law to collect taxes in a particular area, we must abide by that law.  Our payment processor calculates this automatically for us.

    Wholesale Accounts
    This is a retail web site. As the manufacturer of the products we sell, we welcome inquiries from practitioners and retailers regarding wholesale pricing and purchases. For wholesale information, please email us at support@naturegalnaturals.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
