Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using

Start with ⅛ teaspoon (about 14 drops), 15-30 minutes before cannabis doses, 1-2 x daily. Take  orally or dilute with water or tea. Drinking several glasses of water daily is also suggested, along with a healthy well balanced diet and exercise. Best taken 15 minutes before eating or 2 hours after.
